Quest Cleared But Reward Not Received

Take a screenshot of completing the in-game mission and report it to customer service. They usually resolve it quickly.

The main point is I don't know where to find it, there's no customer service menu on the homepage at all.

Is it possible that the time quest is gone, but the hidden quest remains? Since you can't accept the time quest, the hidden quest is effectively non-existent, thus no reward.....

If that's the case... this is kind of a bug, and if the time quests disappear, there's no point in playing anymore. The hidden quests still have 8 days left.
