Playio

I heard adult games don't leave records.

If you manually force stop playio before starting the game, it won't monitor you while you play. However, once you restart playio, it will regularly scan your game history. This means force stopping can temporarily stop monitoring and prevent gem acquisition, thus avoiding the risk of being flagged for botting, but it cannot completely block it from checking your game records.

If you turn off playio, it should stop.

So my adult game isn't searchable on Playio. It's a real adult game, you know.
