Costco's Crab Roe Bibimyeon

This crab roe bibimyeon from Costco was highly recommended by many people recently. As a big fan of hairy crabs, I really wanted to try it. There are three servings of noodles in the package, and each serving comes with two packets of vinegar sauce. I read reviews online saying not to add all the vinegar sauce, so I added one and a half packets. I also added some extra vegetables and meat slices myself. There is indeed a crab roe flavor, but it's very faint. There's also quite a bit of crab meat, but it's all broken into small pieces. Mostly, it tastes like canned food, and there's a strong ginger flavor. Adding vinegar does help cut through the richness, but you can't add too much, or it will just taste like vinegar and ginger. I was a bit disappointed because I was expecting a rich crab roe taste, but if you ask if it's delicious, it is a tasty noodle dish. However, it wasn't as delicious as I expected. Also, a box isn't cheap, so I won't be repurchasing it for now. But I might consider it if it goes on sale.
