Phone Call

Ever since I moved into my new house, I've been getting a silent phone call every day at 4 AM. No matter how many times I call back, I only hear a busy signal. On the seventh night, I decided to record the call. At 4 AM, the phone rang right on time. I pressed the record button and put my phone to my ear. This time, there was finally a voice on the other end. It was a man's ragged breathing. Then, he said, trembling: "Don't open the door... No matter what anyone outside says, don't open the door..." Before I could reply, the call ended. Just then, there was a knock on the door. "Police! Open the door! Someone reported a situation inside your house!" As I was about to open the door, I remembered the warning from the phone call. I looked through the peephole. A person in a police uniform was standing in the hallway, but their face was completely white. I immediately backed away. My phone suddenly received a new message from the unknown number: "Good. You didn't open the door." "Because I'm already inside your house." My whole body froze. Then, a man's voice came from the closet behind me: "Don't ever look back."
