Spoiler-Free Movie Review - The Departed

In Boston's deeply entrenched mob scene, the police secretly send a young cop to infiltrate the criminal organization to dismantle it. Meanwhile, the mob cultivates an informant who successfully infiltrates the police force. Two individuals with completely opposite identities find themselves caught in the same dangerous game. Both must hide their true identities and gain trust in an environment filled with suspicion and lies. Any slip-up could cost them everything. The most terrifying part is that both sides know there's a mole in the organization, but neither knows who it is.
