Review Recommendation: I've been eating here for thirty years. I recommend both the dry noodles and the soup noodles. The dry noodles are rich in flavor, and the soup noodles have a hearty broth. I also highly recommend adding chili (last picture). Some people even buy it separately!!! Highly recommended. Side Dishes: At least order the Century Egg Tofu. Century eggs are an acquired taste, but the tofu with soy paste is a perfect match. If you want to satisfy both soup and dry noodle cravings at once, here's a cheat tip: Order the plain dry-mixed noodles (no meat), a side of beef soup, and a portion of tofu. It's basically enough to fill you up. Only those who read to the end will know this ordering method.
