Do you use a night light when you sleep at night?
My wife is afraid of the dark, so she always turns on a night light. But I'm the type who can't sleep with any lights on, so I have to cover my eyes with a blanket. How about you guys?

I don't need any light source when I rest; in fact, I prefer extreme darkness. After all, my owl nature makes me feel more secure in the dark. It seems you and your partner have a bit of a disagreement about sleep environments. Perhaps considering an eye mask would be more breathable and comfortable than covering your eyes with a blanket? When did you start the habit of using a blanket to block out light?
