New Chic Hot Pot in Taipei's Zhongshan District! 'Xingyao Chicken Soup' Features Premium Golden Whole Chicken Pot

The weather is getting cooler, and there's a new hot pot option! A chic new spot called 'Xingyao Chicken Soup' has opened in Taipei's Zhongshan District, specializing in a slow-cooked, golden whole chicken broth. It's enriched with ingredients like ginseng, fish maw, and Jinhua ham, making it rich and nourishing. The interior boasts a Chinese imperial palace style, offering a comfortable environment with semi-private areas and karaoke rooms. What's most thoughtful is that after the whole chicken is served, the staff will first remove it, portion it, and then return it, making it easy for diners to enjoy. Besides premium meat and seafood à la carte, you can finish by cooking 'zashiki' (rice porridge) in the rich broth. It's a great place for gatherings and hot pot!
