Today it's the taro's turn, which was guessed to be third! It does taste like taro when you drink it, but it's not particularly fragrant, more of a mild and simple flavor. The texture is a bit smoother and thicker than the previous two, and you can feel very fine taro particles giving it a slightly grainy feel. There's a hint of soybean flavor at the end 🤏. The sweetness is still just right, not too much! After letting it sit for 10 minutes, there was sediment at the bottom, likely small taro particles.
