Osmanthus Oolong, a Sweet Aftertaste
Tianxiang Tea House, located in Zuoying, Kaohsiung, was founded in 1967. It originally started as a traditional tea shop specializing in charcoal-roasted Tieguanyin Oolong tea. Later, due to changes in the tea market, they branched out to sell breakfast on the arcade, with their traditional handmade batter egg crepes being the most popular. This Osmanthus Oolong is very special, with a sweet, lingering aftertaste that's quite unique. Chrysanthemum tea also has a similar lingering sweetness.
