In the first part, he occasionally meets 'Minato' (played by Yang Ik-june), who has a stutter and social anxiety, at a boxing gym. Although their appearances and personalities are opposite, both feel lonely inside. The two struggle in Shinjuku, trying to cover up their inner emptiness by challenging themselves in boxing. In the second part, Shinji and Minato debut as boxers in the professional arena simultaneously, forming a stronger bond. However, Shinji soon becomes confused upon learning of an unexpected connection with Minato, while Minato overcomes his inner turmoil and decides to part ways with Shinji.
