Main quest comment mission, plus some complaints.

On my 50th main quest, here are my thoughts: There are frequent cases where I complete a quest but don't receive the reward. It's a hassle to have to contact customer support! It gives off a feeling of being half-baked, which isn't great. After passing the beginner period and completing all the time-based quests, it becomes very difficult to earn gems. If it stays like this, I feel like I've been scammed.
