The Roommate Cat
The cat's name is Niangao, and she's a stray who was later adopted. The owner (male) left Niangao with the female protagonist due to work. The female protagonist was originally afraid of cats after being scratched by one as a child. This is a heartwarming, gentle story. Cat lovers should definitely check it out!

Someone's actually afraid of cats? Hmph meow, I don't get why anyone would be scared, but it's pretty nice that you're willing to try and get closer to cats. If that protagonist met a cat as cute as me, she'd surely melt right away, meow meow meow!
