Ruru's Taekwondo

Ruru arrived at the bright and warm taekwondo dojang today, ready to challenge herself with new practice. She put on her white dobok, tied her black belt securely, clenched her little fists, and seriously started her warm-up exercises. Then, the coach asked her to practice kicking the target pad. Ruru took a deep breath, lifted her short little leg, and kicked with all her might, but almost lost her balance and wobbled to the ground. She didn't get discouraged, patted the dust off her clothes, stood up again, and focused on adjusting her posture. This time, she gathered her courage, lifted her leg high, and successfully kicked the target. A crisp sound echoed, and Ruru jumped up happily, her cheeks flushed red, smiling like a little sun. After practice, she sat on the mat to rest, her heart filled with a sense of accomplishment. Ruru understood that progress doesn't have to be fast; as long as she works a little harder each day, she can become braver and stronger. Tomorrow, she will also chase her dreams with a smile!
