Hidden quest completed 3 days ago, still no reward

It's been 3 days since I completed the hidden quests "Port City" and "Fried Egg Kingdom", but the gem rewards haven't been issued. I've submitted screenshots and contacted support multiple times, but it keeps getting rejected by AI as unqualified, and there are no other appeal channels..... They won't let it expire without giving the reward, will they? I don't know where "Cosmic Mysteries" is..... I also don't know how to find "Find the Old Frying Pan" in "Fried Egg Kingdom"..... Is it not implemented yet?
