Any containment breach of SCP-174 requires approval from two (2) Level 4 personnel familiar with the entity. Description: SCP-174 is a wooden ventriloquist's dummy, measuring 53 cm from head to toe. Its clothing is slightly worn and shows minor signs of damage in some areas. Based on its style and condition, the item is estimated to be from the early 20th century. SCP-174's eyes and mouth can be manipulated via internal mechanical devices within the dummy.
