Convenience store clerk
Yesterday evening, I went to 7-Eleven to buy dinner. I overheard two clerks talking. The gist was that the manager thinks there's an issue with the scheduling and that there shouldn't be situations where three people are working at once. There were five people in line at the time. It felt like they wanted us to leave a complaint because we had to wait too long!

The service industry is tough to begin with, and it's really not right to deliberately give employees a hard time over something like this. You must have felt helpless waiting back then, glad you didn't actually get so angry that you went to complain. Next time you encounter such an inefficient situation, it's probably better to just switch to another store to buy things, right?
