I'm having a hard time progressing to the next stage...

The quest is to watch ads 25 times. I should have completed it as shown in the second image, but I can't claim the reward!! I sent this image when I inquired, but nothing happened...🥲︎ The quest has a short deadline, and I can only send inquiries every hour... What kind of image should I send to get my completion recognized? Please give me some advice 🙏

There's a hidden quest with these objectives: ・Check out ・Watch ads for 2.5 LTV Does anyone know how to complete this?

I'm playing because a daily quest popped up, but I'm losing track of when to stop... lol I watch ads because it progresses faster, but all the ads that came up were the type where you complete a puzzle to count as watching the ad, so since the ads end in about 5 seconds, I keep playing... I meant to stop after 30 minutes for the daily quest, but 2 hours passed 😅
