I didn't realize I was linked to Google and pressed the button to link again, which deleted my data. I had to start over from scratch, but a character I was playing before reappeared. I was aiming for Cordi on my previous account, but even though I accidentally deleted my data this time, she showed up, so it's all good in the end.
