'Yōsei Ranbu' Played on Japanese Instruments

Do you all know the song 'Yōsei Ranbu'? It's the final boss battle theme from Final Fantasy 6, and it's a grand piece with four movements, just like a classical composition. It has beautiful melodies like a hymn, as well as intense passages fitting for a final boss, making every movement incredibly engaging to listen to. When I first heard it back then, I was playing with a brute-force approach and was overwhelmed by the consecutive boss battles, but I was still moved by the melodies coming from the SFC☺️ And that 'Yōsei Ranbu'. A complex piece with elements of rock and progressive rock. There's an amazing cover where professionals play it on Japanese instruments😳 It seems to have been performed this year, and I never imagined it would be played almost entirely on Japanese instruments! Honestly, I thought Japanese instruments were delicate and couldn't handle such intense playing... but I was trembling with awe at the sheer quality the entire time✨ By the way, if you know the original song, you'll recognize that 'particular part' which is also masterfully recreated! 🤩 Whether you know it or not, please give it a listen☺️✨
