The Narrator Lately
I can't help but feel like my narrator's tsukkomi (retort/comeback) skills are hitting hard. They also seem to be tsukkomi-ing their own boke (straight man/setup jokes). When that happens during serious scenes, I can't help but laugh, so I've been thinking, 'Narrator, please calm down a bit.' Still, I like the narrator's tsukkomi. Do you guys like them too?

It depends on the genre and scene, but I don't really hate it. When I'm thinking, 'This conversation isn't getting anywhere...', and the narrator starts narrating with a face like 'It's not my fault, though,' I'm like, 'You... YOU...!'
