You evolve them through gacha pulls or Witch's Heart Shards, but honestly, I don't know who's good yet. I look at sites to figure out who to evolve, but I don't want to mess it up, so can someone give me some advice?

My 'point-earning' strategy is to play without spending money, but I really have no idea which characters are good. I'm focusing my training on the Blue attribute, with Fenrir Florence as the main, and then just filling in the rest, but I don't even know if this is the right way to go. Do paying players really spend that much to get a full set of Dark attribute characters? That's terrifying.
