I'm posting to share parts of the English version of the Spiral Abyss Side Story that moved me. This is a self-repost from another platform. I'm playing the Sub-quests in the global version, and the translation's brilliance, or rather, the wordplay unique to English is just incredible. Just looking at the character names: Yu → Spiri, Arne → Zestah, Otto → Brasah, Sophos → Grenfaa, Harwe → Mazaa Thosa → Farsa, Eka → Maeah, Echa → Mr.Diaan, Gatou → Mythan This alone is amazing, but... I got goosebumps when Eukaryote was translated to Spiralina. Yu's name, Spiri, is a double meaning of 'spirit' and 'spiral'!! They're so skilled at incorporating 'spiral'!! To be continued ⬇

Come to think of it, I was wondering about the progress on Subden's Mobius, and I haven't even started exchanging keys yet! I thought 'Yay!' but then realized I haven't exchanged any charms either 😭 Actually, I'd only done the first 3 episodes of the Outer History 😂 Since I finished the Future Outer Chapter today, maybe I'll dive into Mobius a bit too...

I forgot to register my runes...😣 I was farming Mobius, got more than halfway to the medals I needed, and then I messed up... I was spacing out while watching anime and forgot to register my runes... I found and raised a strong skill, what a waste, I'm so dumb 🥲

I was running Mobius and decided to try it for a change of pace, and it got one-shot in 2 turns... Is this what they call character inflation? It's sad that I don't even remember what was so difficult back then anymore🥲

Fruition: Battle Against Kagayabi (Mistrea) Who Weaves History 3-Turn Clear with 3x Slash/Pierce AF Formation! ⚔️🏹 Today, I'm using the 3x AF formation again. I personally find this style of setup easier to handle 😉 (not using 4 Slash units in the front row). The reason is that it starts with the Star Sea Formation, allowing me to immediately use Attack Formation to spread Chain and Underdog, then use SB to set up my preferred zone for battle ☝️ This time, the enemy doesn't attack, but I had Lady Premere~a help me maintain the AF 😁 For the Mistrea fight, if things get bogged down, the strategy becomes difficult, so I'm grateful this works~ 😁

The end of 'With this character~' is not about the character, but the party, specifically an 'AF Chain Formation' 😁 With the ES Slash Trio of Hismena/Shion/Myrrs, we defeated over 90% of enemies using only AF, and they also took down the Firebird🐦🔥, one of the Four Great Bosses ✨ Personally, once the EX special move at the end of the opening AF applies Weakness Insight to the enemy, victory is assured, so I believe the first turn is crucial whether it's neutral or resistant 😉 The flexibility to change formations/main attackers just by adjusting the tank and formation order according to the enemy is also one of its strengths ☝️ Specifically for the Tournament of Seeking, NS Annabel was a perfect fit as the tank, resulting in zero damage taken except for fixed damage 😁 This formation was already frequently used before tackling the Tournament of Seeking, and it seems like it will continue to be useful for a long time to come 😆 I'll be relying on it in the future too〜😘✨️

Just doing the Cat Battle I hadn't gotten around to yet, while also gathering some gems.

Fruition: Claros de Luna (Claude) Battle Conquered in 3 Turns with my signature AF triple attack party! I was a bit worried about the Prince with max resistance buffs at normal effectiveness, but it worked out 😁! It was a big help that our Prince could take Lady Hismena's role, and Ilulu could hold the 🐰's P-Grasta☝️ As expected from the Slash Trio that defeated 90% of the opponents in the Path of Attainment tournament ✨️ Might makes right, after all! 😆
