I bravely joined a stream that was helping with the tutorial, and after watching 5 streamers, I managed to clear most of it, except for the 120-minute watch time. However, I forgot that the streamer had said it was okay to spam messages, so I spammed a single hiragana character. I think they mentioned it wasn't allowed on Playo announcements. I wonder if it'll count as completed.

4000 is still a lot for a Time Quest reward, but it's sad when it drops from 70000. I'll try my best to do the tutorial missions today.
