Connecting the same color for a long time makes it easy to create a second-stage bomb. Releasing a bomb at the second stage can surprisingly shave off a lot of the gauge, so I recommend it.

Combining the largest and a large bomb will trigger a break, dealing massive damage to enemies. It's difficult, but not impossible.
