I am unable to receive tier rewards. I suspect it might be related to the recent announcement stating that gem packages will now be distributed as gems, which started this time. Since there was no explanation about the change in the receiving method, I believe it's a bug. Regarding the community distribution gems, some people have seen an increase while others have experienced a sudden drop. I am on the side that experienced a drop. This could potentially be a specification change, but there's a limit to what users can verify or confirm. I have inquired about both issues. I will post again once I receive a response.

I'm posting this because it seems quite a few people don't know. Everyone starts from Bronze. It's been like this ever since the league tier system began. Don't worry, the tier confirmed from last month is reflected in the color of the icon border and under your name when you open your profile screen. Please don't get confused and try to understand the system first.

Is there a bug occurring due to the spec change?

I had submitted an inquiry, and today I received a reply as shown in the second image. ...It seems the disappearance was intentional behavior after all 😅 I enjoyed checking for new releases though... I guess I'll just have to wait for them to bring it back eventually 🙄 Just reporting this for now ┏○))ﾍﾟｺﾘ

I was watching a real-time stream and saw someone struggling with Main Quest 14. The content is probably related to 'View New Games This Week,' but the link disappeared after the recent update changed the Today screen. Am I just not seeing it? Does anyone know where it is? Just in case, I thought maybe I should check the game requests, so I opened the notifications. Then, I noticed that the notification for adding games from the game requests, which was distributed on August 28th, is gone. Is something wrong? I told the person that Main Quest 14's content has changed several times and the display within Playio might not be up-to-date, so they should try contacting support.

Looking at the recent message boards, it seems some people have created their own dedicated boards to chat... While everyone might have their own reasons, I suddenly wondered if perhaps some people don't know how to post on the original game communities, so I'm writing here. Each game/app on Playio has its own community page, and you can post like a message board from the community section of the game page → the area circled in ⭕️ in the second image. Unlike the recent message boards, you can post without participating, so let's all jump in and write! ✨️ The reference image is for Poketwi, but even the niche games I play have community pages, so I'm pretty sure all games with a page on Playio should have one! ✨

I thought notifications from recommended boards had started coming in, and then Natamu-san posted how to disable them, so I went to check it out ε=(ﾉ･∀･)ﾂ Sometime along the way, the notification items became much more detailed than before. There are so many... I'm basically the type to turn off notifications except for stamina recovery related ones 🙄 So, about agreeing to receive marketing information, have you all done that? I read the terms and conditions but couldn't feel any benefit from agreeing...
