今日、なに食べた？

I stopped by the supermarket thinking I wanted to eat some ice cream, so I bought some! It was surprisingly good for the price and delicious, so I'm satisfied lol Apparently, there are also chocolate, mango, and strawberry flavors, so I think I'll buy one of those next time~ lol

Today is my birthday, and I ate the cake my husband bought for me right after midnight lol It's a shortcake from my favorite cake shop, and the fresh cream is so exquisite that I savored it slowly, but it's the kind of cake that makes you want another one. I love fresh cream, but... as the years go by, I feel my stomach getting older and I've come to be satisfied with just one slice. But with this cake alone, I find myself wanting seconds lol Do you all have a favorite cake?

I made a hearty miso ramen with lots of vegetables using a fresh noodle (sauce) kit I made at home! 🍜😋

I made and ate Mapo Tofu with eggplant in it. It was delicious.

I ate two Palm ice creams today. Palm is my favorite ice cream.

Aglio e olio style yakisoba with canned mackerel in olive oil and komatsuna! Following lunch, it's all flour-based carbs again. Noodles are easy and great.

Today for lunch, Spam Musubi. Haven't had it in a while, but it was super delicious.
