Frozen Dumplings
Today's lunch was Osaka Ohsho frozen dumplings. No water or oil needed. Super easy, so I recommend it.

I ate ramen at a ramen shop for the first time in a while! I was surprised by how tender and melt-in-your-mouth the thick chashu was. The tonkotsu soup and thick noodles were super delicious.

Having a convenience store onigiri on the Shinkansen. It's Kayaku Gohan (mixed rice) with salted kelp and edamame. I really like the mochi-mugi series. I often buy it when red bean rice isn't available. I love that chewy, grainy texture. Plus, I also like mixed rice with salted kelp, so this is definitely the right choice. This might be my first time buying Kayaku Gohan. Still, flavored rice is just delicious, isn't it?
