I ate 2 onigiri (chicken soboro & sekihan). Also had black bean tea. Of course, the onigiri were store-bought.

Lunch and Dinner
For lunch, the company cafeteria had miso-simmered mackerel. For dinner, I had stir-fried liver and mushrooms with pork belly rolls, and pork belly rolls with green onions. I'm not a fan of the liver's strong taste, so I ate it with a lot of ketchup. It's really strange how ketchup gets rid of the liver's gaminess...

I made and ate fried rice with eggs, ham, and mentaiko! I used a tube of mentaiko from a specialty store. I used a non-spicy one, so it was delicious😋

Today's lunch was spinach and bacon tomato pasta from a nearby shop. This place has thick, delicious bacon. It's a lunch set with a salad and grapefruit juice, so I got plenty of vitamins!
