Costco's Lemon Meringue Tart

I went to Costco for the first time in a while today and discovered my favorite lemon tart. I couldn't resist buying it. The meringue part isn't too sweet and has a fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth texture, while the lemon layer is satisfyingly tart, pairing perfectly with the meringue. It also contains lemon peel, so you can really taste the flavor. I thought it was one of Costco's higher quality desserts. I was going to take a picture after eating one slice but realized I hadn't, so I'm using that as an excuse to eat the second slice now lol. It's so good I could eat it all in one go 😋 Thanks for the treat. If you're a Costco member who loves lemon, you should definitely try it!
