I started playing a smartphone game based on an RPG that was originally for home consoles, and while it brought back memories, I realized I've been playing mobile games exclusively lately... so I plugged my Switch charger in for the first time in a while. Honestly, since it was turned off, the battery didn't really drain. I can probably play something right away. ...But what games did I have? And what did I download? I'm getting excited and a little antsy thinking about it. RPGs might be easier to play on a home console... in terms of controls, not just storage. I want the Switch 2 too, but... for now, I think I'll just touch up my Switch occasionally while reminiscing about various things.

Due to some circumstances and thoughts, I've changed my avatar/icon from a "bear looking at the sea on my travels" 　↓ to "a flower (or something that's not quite a flower)". I look forward to your continued support. PS. Does anyone happen to know what this "flower (or something that's not quite a flower)" is? ^^?

I sometimes wonder if there's a web ad version of those, you know? 🤔 Even if it's impossible for the entire web, what about those ads in the middle of game apps downloaded from the Play Store that make you question their ethics or just feel weird about them... don't you think there are some? I don't have the best vocabulary, so I can't express it well, but sometimes there are ads that don't feel like they can be simply categorized by age restrictions, and it makes me uneasy. Horror, gore, gender... perceptions vary from person to person, and with freedom of expression, it might be a difficult issue... In an era where more and more young people don't have TVs at home, I wonder if it'll be possible someday~ Ah, but it's a world sustained by ad revenue, so it's probably difficult~ While thinking about various things like that, today too, I click the 'X' in the top right or 'Google play>>'.

I saw a post about favorite stories on the free board and it suddenly reminded me of something. It's a picture book called 'The Missing Piece' by Shel Silverstein. For some reason, I've always liked it, and later I had an experience that made me think it's natural to like this story, which felt a bit strange. If I reread it now, I'm not confident I wouldn't cry. (Slight wry smile)

It's for my dinner tonight... I'm thinking it looks delicious and I want to eat it, but I actually have no appetite (and I feel like I'll just throw up if I eat it), so I've been agonizing over it for about 3 hours now, orz I don't like leaving food unfinished, and I know I can finish it if I start, but I can clearly see myself feeling sick afterward... ><;;; Hmm...

On the way to Kiyomizu-dera Temple in Kyoto, I stumbled upon a shop that lets you create your own original fragrance through perfumery. My friend and I stopped by, and the first step was smelling about 30 different base scents. lol Since it was my first time, I picked my top 3 favorites and they let me test how they smelled when mixed. It smelled amazing, even better than I imagined, so I decided to go with that combination. I thought it would be a simple mix, but then we had to decide on the proportions of each scent. With the staff's help, we determined the ratio, with my most preferred scent as the base and the other two adjusted accordingly. After smelling the final blend, I loved it so much I decided on the spot 👏 Finally, we came up with a name for the fragrance. After some discussion, I had them incorporate a word in French that represented both my favorite constellation and my own zodiac sign. It smelled so wonderful that my friend, who came with me, also got the same custom fragrance. I can't believe we ended up with matching perfumes! lol It wasn't a cheap purchase by any means, but being able to relax with my favorite scent and feel happy makes me incredibly satisfied 🥰 The staff mentioned that there are about 100 million possible combinations… it seems like it would be fun to try creating a different one sometime.

Before I knew it, it was already this late... I was just switching between my mobile game and Switch, so why did so much time pass? 🥹 I can't seem to break my habit of staying up late even on weekdays 😱 Can't wait for Silver Week...

I was thinking of talking about games, but I'm stuck wondering what game to talk about... (What a nested structure, lol) So today, I had a proper dinner for a change: a mixed fry bento box from a tonkatsu specialty restaurant, ^^/ I guess loin is the standard, but it's a bit heavy (though delicious), so I prefer the one with various smaller pieces... and then I end up talking about food again, is that also a worry? lol
