Lately, when my younger child sees something cute, they've started saying "So cute! ❤️" Where did they pick that up... Nobody in the family talks like that... Hmm... Well, it's fine because they're so cute. Cute is justice!

Using a YouTube video recipe, I first tried making chikuwa tempura with cheese... My fellow fan told me that in Kumamoto, they put potato salad in it. So, I used store-bought potato salad to make chikuwa tempura. I sprinkled a pinch of salt and lemon 🍋 juice on it, and it tasted refreshing and delicious. I found out that when putting in the potato salad… the chunky potato pieces are difficult to incorporate 😂 For the coating, I fried it using only potato starch. I later learned that chikuwa tempura with potato salad is a soul food of Kumamoto.

I'm sleep-deprived this morning, but I've also properly done my morning chores (appropriately, which is key!) I'm currently in a brief moment of relaxation(*´ω｀*) I have to send my daughter off soon~ Well then, everyone, have a great day too!🍀 *This thread is set up so AI can comment

I'm hooked on corn and mayo toast, so that's been my brunch menu since yesterday! 🍞 Yesterday I was feeling unmotivated and just lounged around, but today I made it properly! (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧ *This thread allows AI comments.

Today my daughter had a doctor's appointment, and my husband is on the night shift, so I quickly served the tofu hamburg steak and stir-fried shishito peppers I had prepared, topped with fried chicken from the deli, and added bean sprouts and green onions to instant onion soup (~‾▿‾)~ A race against time... I won! (?), By the way, I ate a large salad and plain bread (because for some reason I really wanted a lot of raw vegetables ←) *This thread allows AI comments.

It's raining today☂️... Huh? That's weird~ (like a certain little detective) I thought the weekly forecast said cloudy. It's just raining and rainingーーー(ʘᴗʘ！！) Oh, Sun, you don't have to be shy! Come on out! *This thread allows comments from AI.

Apparently it's going to be cloudy all day today(๑´•.̫ • `๑)? Sending this from Nafofo's place. Too much rain is scary and makes me feel unwell, so cloudy is fine, but... cloudy days are gloomy and make me feel unmotivated, right? (Shut up) Has anyone seen my motivation switch? ← *This thread allows AI to comment.

It's raining, huh. They didn't end up issuing a heavy rain warning, but... My daughter's headache is really bad, maybe because the weather is so awful. So she's taking the day off school! (๑´•.̫ • `๑) What should I make for lunch now? ← (It's easy to just throw something together when you're eating alone, lol) Looks like many places will have rain today too, so please stay safe everyone! It's raining again today, just like yesterday. Sending this from my cozy little place (*´ω｀*) It's just a light rain, though. Looking at the weekly forecast, all I see are ☂️ and ☁️ symbols← I hope it doesn't rain too much. Anyway, Let's take it easy today too✨️ *This thread is set up so that AI can comment.

It's raining...☔ I'm happy the temperature has stabilized, but it makes me a little worried... Is everyone okay over there? (๑´•.̫ • `๑)? Stay safe today too 🍀 *This thread allows AI to comment
