I had some leftover eggplants from when my boyfriend visited the other day, so I made and ate eggplant gyoza by myself the next day lol I sliced the eggplant, sprinkled a little salt, let it sit, then rinsed it so I could fold it like a dumpling. I put the filling on and grilled them ꉂ🤣𐤔 For the dipping sauce, I just used soy sauce, lemon juice, and chili oil, and it was delicious! 💕

This is the perfect time to satisfy a little hunger... I remember a peach-themed afternoon tea I had at a certain hotel before 🥰 Many lounges offer peach afternoon tea at the start of summer, which made me so happy as a peach lover. I also like mangoes and grapes. I'd love to go again when the grape afternoon tea starts.

About a month ago, this is the ramen from Gin-no-Kura that I had when I went on a fan pilgrimage with my mom and her friend!
