The other day, I went to a teppanyaki restaurant in Osaka as a treat. The course had a total of 6 dishes, with a palate cleanser of prosciutto served in between. Bruschetta with saury confit. The crispy baguette, the flavor of the saury, and the acidity of the tomato were nicely balanced by the mashed potato. Dried tomatoes are delicious when grilled. Wagyu beef soup. It contained slices of wagyu beef grilled on the teppan, which paired well with the matsutake mushroom-based broth. The texture of the Kujo leeks and the flavor of the yuzu shichimi made it a luxurious dish. Abalone with Chinese-style sauce. I was surprised by the Chinese-style sauce at this point, but it was also a perfect match with the elegant flavor of dried scallops. The abalone, including the liver, was tender and had no unpleasant smell, and it was delicious. Main dish: Wagyu (lean meat) and grilled vegetables. The vegetables were eggplant, purple potato, sweet potato, and green beans. They all had different textures, which was enjoyable. I'm happiest when the vegetables are delicious. I asked for the meat to be cooked medium rare. It was tender yet chewy, with a strong beef flavor in the lean meat. The wasabi salt and black pepper were delicious. Okonomiyaki. It looked like a cake, which was interesting. It contained wagyu beef and had a fluffy batter. Dessert was dorayaki. This was also grilled on the teppan.

Yesterday, I went to Nagashima Spa Land with my friends for a school event! This was our lunch then!! It's been a while since I went to Nagashima, but it was super fun! And it was really far away. The ramen and fried chicken were both super delicious!

(๑>ڡ<๑)🍴💕 I wasn't a fan of the sticky texture of oatmeal and was wondering what to do with the 1kg bag I bought on a whim, but this is delicious! 😋 It's fluffy, light, and I could eat it endlessly. Honestly, it's better than regular rice fried rice! I added tartar sauce to teriyaki chicken. The best part about cooking at home is being able to make your own tartar sauce with extra egg, just how you like it.

I just went to Column 1 and it was incredibly good! It had egg, seaweed, chashu, and ramen. The egg combined with the savory pork bone soup was super delicious! The seaweed was a bit spicy, but it tasted great with the other ingredients! The chashu, combined with the pork bone soup, was bursting with flavor! I made the noodles firm, and they were delicious with the pork bone soup! Anyway, all I want to say is that it was really good!
