I went to Disney for the first time on my school trip this week! There was a summer event going on until the 14th with a collaboration with Mrs. GREEN APPLE, so I also tried their juice! It had a strong carbonation and grapefruit in it, and it was delicious!

My son has been trying various alcoholic beverages since he turned twenty. Turns out he prefers highball-style drinks over beer or wine. Hearing this, my husband said, "In that case, you should know the taste of good whiskey too," and brought out this, the finest we have. I also like whiskey, but I tend to get too drunk and can't do housework, so I always stick to beer. This time, I tried drinking it with my son. Hmmmm, delicious! Whiskey is delicious! Expensive liquor is delicious!!!

I don't know how many times it's been, but I made Malatang! I used ingredients from the wholesale supermarket for everything except the bok choy and Sichuan peppercorn powder. Corn noodles, thin flat glass noodles (Dongbei Daliangfen), frozen pork, frozen seafood mix, wood ear mushrooms, black ground sesame seeds, bean sprouts, doubanjiang, chicken stock powder, ginger paste. I make it milder with soy milk or milk. Lately, I'm obsessed with the corn noodles that started being sold at the wholesale supermarket. Yesterday I made a Japanese rice version of chicken biryani. I'm getting pretty good at it and it was delicious! I use raita (yogurt sauce) to change the flavor by pouring it over the biryani. It's not pictured, but I also made and drank lassi. https://cookpad.com/jp/recipes/25920996 Of course, the restaurant version uses Basmati rice and lots of spices, so it's tastier (and there's about 2 cups worth!), but I sometimes feel like making it myself when I have the energy. It's surprisingly easy and I like it!

It was super hot because I had scrolls after a long time 🍣😋 I work part-time at a non-conveyor belt sushi restaurant.

Bonchi - "Hotate Umami Age Sen" (Scallop Umami Fried Rice Cracker) overflowing with flavor It had a richer scallop flavor than I expected, which was nice. Seems like it would be good as a snack too!
