For wound disinfection, washing with a large amount of water is more effective than applying a few drops of disinfectant.
apparently. (This is medical content, so don't take it as gospel; verification and fact-checking are needed.) Of course, it probably depends on various conditions like the type of wound and where it was sustained. If evaluated from the perspective of 'what percentage of bacteria was reduced compared to the initial state with attached germs,' I feel that a large amount of running water might be more effective in some cases. Ideally, it would be like roughly removing the bulk with running water, then dealing with the remaining 'hard-to-remove bacteria' with disinfectant.

Pants String
I tried a life hack to make the pants string adjustable. I'm not great at explaining, so I'll post a link to an online article. The image is also a screenshot from there. (If you search for "how to tie pants string," you'll find many articles and videos with the same method) https://ameblo.jp/vivi-0105-vivi-y/entry-12625215506.html They said pulling the knot would loosen it, but it loosened just by pulling the waistband of the pants without touching the knot, which was quite convenient. However, if the holes on the left and right where the string comes out are close together, there isn't much room to spread the string, so it's difficult to loosen them casually.

When You Can't Open a Bag
Don't you ever find yourself struggling to open a bag of food you just bought? When that happens, use a 10-yen coin! (10 yen coin) Just sandwich the bag between two 10-yen coins and slide them apart to open it easily. 10bags10 It's super handy when your hands slip and you can't get a grip, or when it gets colder and your hands are numb.(*´∀`*)

Washing mosquito bites with soap reduces itching
I heard somewhere that washing mosquito bites with soap reduces itching, so I've been doing that since. I don't know if it's thanks to the soap, the cold running water, or just a placebo, but it does seem to lessen the itch a bit...? But maybe there are fewer mosquitoes this year due to global warming...? Thanks to that, I enjoyed the fireworks display comfortably too☺

When you want to charge your phone fast
When I have to go out in 30 minutes and don't have a power bank, I switch to power-saving mode, then airplane mode, and charge it while cooling it down. It charges super fast.

When making cup yakisoba
It's a little trick (?) that I've been doing unconsciously ever since I saw it on a show called "Ametalk" a long time ago. I think it was around the time Sandwichman's Date-san started advocating the zero-calorie theory, but this is a trick introduced on that show. After draining the water from the cup yakisoba, I lift the noodles with chopsticks and shake them to let some of the steam escape. They say doing this makes it taste better because the steam evaporates. There's no particular scientific basis, but I encourage everyone to try it.
