Tonight's dinner is fried rice 🎵 It's okay once in a while, right? 😋

Since it's my day off today, I did a little bit of cooking. I stir-fried some thinly sliced onions and bite-sized cabbage with Vienna sausages in olive oil, seasoned with Crazy Salt + Black Pepper 😀 On workdays, it's usually just some kind of vegetable with microwave or toaster-heated side dishes, so I felt a little bit satisfied 😆 This morning was nice ✨

Made simmered pumpkin and squid! ✨ It was a variety called 'Kuri Shogun' pumpkin, and just like its name, it was sweet and fluffy like chestnuts~ 😊 It was super delicious~ 🥰

Summer's pretty much over, so I went to have my last cold Tantanmen of the season.

It was chilled shrimp shumai, cold tofu with chili oil, and pre-made simmered eggplant and okra~ Since I knew I'd be tired coming back from a business trip, it was an easy menu I had planned! 😁

Tender chicken wings and chicken nuggets✨️ It was super delicious😋

Tonight's dinner is fried rice. Use a 50/50 mix of vegetable oil and sesame oil. Add the rice when the eggs are half-cooked, stir-fry until fluffy, season with chicken stock, pepper, and salt. Add chashu and green onions, drizzle with soy sauce, and stir-fry to finish~ It was delicious~😚

Dinner was hamburger steak and fries😋
