A tsukemen restaurant I visited a few years ago. It's originally from Tokyo, but they have branches in Sendai and Morioka. It's a tsukemen place with chewy, satisfying noodles 😋 They seem to put effort into the presentation too, the noodles in the bowl they serve are so pretty~ 😳 There's the issue of running out of soup when you dip a lot of noodles in it, but you can get a soup refill for 100 or 200 yen 👍 If you order a large or extra-large portion (which one was it...?), I think you get one free soup refill 👏👏 It's a great restaurant that really conveys their desire for you to enjoy tsukemen to your heart's content 💭

This was when I went to a different tsukemen shop in Sendai, Miyagi 🤫 I think it was miso tsukemen... It was hearty and super satisfying, and delicious! It's a popular spot with a line, so timing is key... 💭 (The main focus ended up being rice 🫨)

It's a tsukemen-focused restaurant near the national highway in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture. (I'm not explicitly naming the shop, but the photos speak for themselves.) I haven't been there in a while, but I used to go once a month. Why? Because they have a different menu each month! 🤫

A ramen place I visited in the coastal area of Iwate Prefecture. It was a delicious shop with a strong shrimp flavor! To the owner, keep up the great work and stay healthy!

I hate how it gets all gloopy when you add a raw egg, so I microwave it first. Kimchi is a must. Lately, eating out is so expensive, so I've been eating ramen at home all the time~😂

Ramen is delicious, isn't it? Delicious... right? Haha... Exercise? Gotta do that... lol Well, I'll eat it anyway. Eat, eat, exercise, eat, and sleep.

I eat it quite often, but I haven't taken any pictures. I prefer lighter broths over rich ones.

The most important thing for me is a flavor that doesn't get boring halfway through 🎶
