As for me, my family member caught a cold, so I've been careful not to catch it while doing various things, and I've also been feeling a bit weak due to the low atmospheric pressure, so I've temporarily stopped my diet! I can't go without eating~!! I'll eat in moderation, keep my immunity up, and gracefully overcome both the cold and the low pressure~!! Speaking of immunity, gut health is also important, isn't it? That's why lately, I've been eating seaweed natto at night. They say natto bacteria and dietary fiber are good, and it's become easier for me to eat than regular natto! I've had weak joints since birth and lack of exercise makes them crackle and pop. I'm on my feet all day at work, and I sit all day on my days off. I tried to cut my nails while sitting cross-legged, and my knee joints were so painful!!!! Just how weak are my joints, you ask? I dislocated both my shoulders when I was 5. In middle school, I nearly dislocated both my hip joints when I squatted down in a Japanese-style toilet. My finger and ankle joints are always hurting and popping. When I try to stretch, the moment I do, it goes CRACK CRACK CRACK CRACK CRACK CRACK!!!!

I'm so tired that I have no motivation to do any point-farming today. Even replying to comments in the community I usually enjoy feels like a chore. It's okay to slack off on days like this, right? If I push myself too hard, it'll just become unbearable and I won't be able to continue. I was too lazy to even think of emojis, so this post has no emojis.

I'm not good at cooking, and I don't enjoy making it. That's why I really admire people who cook with joy, or who see cooking as a hobby, a way to de-stress, etc. 🥹✨ I wonder what goes through their minds when they're cooking? I want to get even a little bit closer to that feeling, so I find myself wanting to know (🌹´˘`⑉) Perhaps one of the reasons is that I'm the type who 'doesn't find food tasty when I make it myself'. Maybe it's the smell or something that makes my own freshly made food not taste good... What was that again? Right, 'I find other people's cooking delicious'! That's it 🙂↕
