I ate katsu~ I'm a sauce person, and it's really delicious with white rice😋

My photography skills aren't the best, but this is my chicken breast nanbanzuke. I also made chicken breast with scrambled eggs and chicken skin soup. It's a full chicken course! 🤭

I like Sukiya's tuna yukke, but it's expensive, so I bought some tuna tataki from Lopia and made it Sukiya-style. I can't replicate Sukiya's yukke sauce though...
