I've gotten pretty good at knitting most things, but I can't figure out how to design them myself. How do you guys do it?

Has autumn already begun?

Since morning, Two plates of shrimp gratin Two Choco Pies One large banana A bag of potato chips A bag of caramel snacks A bag of senbei (4 pieces) ...I ate too much. What should I do, I messed up.. My appetite won't stop. Before I knew it, I was eating, and lately, the numbers have been insane. I eat, regret it, and cry, so why don't I just not eat. When I'm not feeling well, I either starve myself and lose weight drastically, or like now, I binge eat and gain weight drastically. Right now, I'm gaining weight drastically. My clothes won't fit again... I don't even want to look at food... (Even though my stomach feels heavy, I still want to eat, so I'll retreat to the room furthest from the kitchen, but ultimately it's because my willpower is weak, so crying is my own fault.)

This is exactly what I wanted.

I wonder which side has more people, Coke fans or Pepsi fans? Surprisingly, I think there might be more people who don't really care either way.

It's been raining non-stop lately and I'm feeling so sluggish.

Sad. Well, I guess it's the difference in sample size...

I needed a background for my drawing. So, I downloaded a free photo, drew on my PC, and added some effects. (Struggled with the size issue lol) This is the completion for now. 　End ーーー ade

I danced at club practice for the first time in a while and I'm super sleepy now. It's important to move your body, huh.

The season for Triangle Choco Pie has finally arrived again this year! They say it's been released from 10/7 this year😌 I've been waiting for this to welcome autumn🤤 Speaking of Triangle Choco Pie! That's right, it's high in calories😭😭😭 So, to make sure I'm okay even after eating it, I'm going to start a diet from today!
