Lately, it's been all chicken breast. Just cut it into bite-sized pieces, grate some ginger, add a moderate amount of mayonnaise and mentsuyu (soy sauce based seasoning), let it soak, and then grill it. It's a bit contradictory to use mayonnaise when I'm using lean chicken breast, but it's delicious😊

Just two weeks ago, I felt unusually cold while out and about. When I got home, the cold got worse, so I decided to check my temperature. It was a whopping 40 degrees Celsius (104°F). 'Why do I get sick on a holiday…' I thought. A few hours later, I was hit with severe stomach pain and diarrhea. After a trip to the bathroom, I went to the hospital. I was diagnosed with viral gastroenteritis and a high fever all in one day. It was tough, but that wasn't the end of it. I continued to take antibiotics, but last Friday, I caught Influenza A. My temperature reached 41.9 degrees Celsius (107.4°F). I thought I was going to die. Someone comfort me.

Around this time last year, as I was leaving a parking lot, someone kindly yielded the way. In my haste to get out quickly, I reversed and ended up in a minor collision with a cyclist who appeared from my blind spot. Fortunately, the other person only sustained minor scrapes, but I deeply regret my actions. Lessons learned from this experience: a. Don't rush, especially when someone yields to you (Don't move until you've confirmed with your own eyes). b. Don't overestimate your car's safety features (They can sometimes be deactivated by braking). c. "Yielding" depends on the situation (Always keep in mind the increased risk of motorcycles or other vehicles emerging from the blind spot of the person yielding). I won't forget the fear that my life could have ended with one wrong move, and I'll continue to drive safely tomorrow!
