So, my prediction is this: If Cecil were a gacha UR, it would be a problem questioning the devs' hearts, and the same issue would arise if Shion were UR. Therefore, I predict Nagi, who has the furthest birthday among them, will be the gacha UR. As for the reward UR... I apologize if my memory is wrong, but I feel like Cecil hasn't had a high rarity recently, so I think he'll be the one... And maybe Shion will be SR? We'll probably find out the answer around 10/15.
