Gonna go save the world real quick

A browser game I got hooked on during the peak of Mobage. Back then, there weren't many idle games, but it was the same as now where the more you didn't idle, the stronger you got. The jobs were the familiar trio: Warrior, Priest, and Mage. If you played diligently, you could even get into the top ranks without spending money, and chatting with guildmates on the message boards was a unique joy of Mobage. I retired before it shut down, and after a while, I searched for it and it seemed like it had indeed ended. Thinking about the friends I greeted every day with the same party for years makes me feel so nostalgic. Is there anyone else who played this game...?

Seriously Sad

There was a Touhou Project fan game called Danmaku Kagura, or 'Dankagu' for short, but it was so popular that it shut down after only about a year... They're doing Danmaku Kagura: Fantasia Lost on Switch, but I really wish the mobile version would come back...

Story This is an unconventional app for enthusiasts where the player becomes a disliked male student and is constantly subjected to rejection, insults, slaps, and more from unique beautiful girl characters. How to Play By tapping (touching) the screen to fill the gauge, you can progress through the character's insulting lines, voice, and animations. Your affection level will never increase, and the ending and dialogue will change depending on your choices. It was mostly a game of just mashing buttons to get insulted, so it was more about appreciating the characters. It's a shame it shut down, but it was a fun game! (Especially loved the art style! lol)

Nostalgic

I forgot the name. But it was the first rhythm game I ever played. I used to play it all the time on an old laptop. So nostalgic.

A Game I Used to Play

I've forgotten the title now, but there was a raising game where you fed baby turtles and gave them baths. It was like heaven for my sister, who absolutely loves turtles. I liked it too. I clearly remember the art style, or maybe the graphics? If you showed me even one image, I'd know it instantly.

Infectious Girl & Other Games

It's shutting down in December, you should play it while you still can... Yo-kai Watch Sangokushi, Yo-kai Watch World, Jailbreak. There are others too. It's sad that they're shutting down, but why does my interest slightly increase when I think about returning...?

Last Period

A story-driven RPG by Happy Elements, known for Ensemble Stars! It features charming characters and settings, a heavy story mixed with humor, classic, heated developments at crucial moments, and outstanding artwork and music. It even became an anime with a rather chaotic plot, and its soundtrack, merchandise, and art books were released. There was also an offline version for viewing characters and stories, and unexpectedly, it received an update in its 10th year. While it had a top-tier conclusion by modern gacha game standards, I still find myself wishing I could slowly train characters and tackle its challenges again.

Fairy Sphere

It was a Chinese game, but it was cute, you could decorate your space, and it was fun to see everyone else's spheres. It was the first game I spent money on because of a Kitty collaboration lol I guess it was hard to continue due to China's circumstances and sales performance~ (There was a cute fairy boy character. China's views on gender are still strict, so effeminate male characters tend to be rejected) Well, I don't know about China's situation, but I liked it~

KonoSuba: Fantastic Days

The first time I ever spent money on a game was for Fantastic Days! It's a god-tier game that created so many original stories, songs, and characters. It felt exactly like the KonoSuba version of Priconne! Being a domestic game, the seasonal events like summer, Halloween, Christmas, and New Year were super fun. They frequently updated event and main stories, and collaborated with external IPs a few times a year, so I think it was quite successful for a domestic game. Sure, it helped that it was KonoSuba, but many IP games came out and disappeared quickly, so the fact that it lasted about 5 years is genuinely impressive. It's because the game itself, Fantastic Days, had its own appeal. What made me happiest was when they gathered voice actors on the official channel for major updates, it felt like a (nearly) KonoSuba radio show and was really entertaining. Lately, I just play Chinese games every day... I sometimes miss those limited-time seasonal events...
