I cleared 500 hidden quests but I still can't get it... What is this?

I reached level 60 well within the deadline and was waiting for it to be approved, but since there was no news, I submitted an inquiry with a screenshot showing I was already level 81 -> and got told by AI that they can't confirm it 🥹 What should I do about this 🥹 I thought I'd automatically get approved and receive gems once I hit level 60, so I didn't take a screenshot exactly at level 60, and back then there wasn't even an inquiry button on the quest page~?! 🥹🥹🥹

It's been heavy with a lot of ads, so everyone be careful!!

I was supposed to get coins at level 250, but it wasn't recognized. I sent screenshots of clearing levels 252 and 253 to support, but the AI didn't recognize it. Are you just going to make me play without giving me the reward? Disappointing.

I thought I'd stop after finishing the main quests, but hidden quests kept popping up all the way to Lv100. And the next one is Lv175! 💦 What was really tough was having to watch a full ad after clearing each stage. It was truly grueling 😭 When I got the hidden quest at Lv100, I genuinely thought, 'If it's this hard and painful, it's more fun and profitable to post and comment in the community!' 😓 I spent way more time watching ads than actually playing the game 😞💨

Turn off Wi-Fi and mobile data, and you can play without ads. There's no continue option when you're stuck, so you'll have to restart.

There's a hidden quest where you get 15000 gems after clearing Stage 60. I cleared it, but I haven't received the reward, and after waiting for about 3 days, it still wasn't verified as cleared. I even attached screenshots and contacted support, but an AI told me, 'You have not achieved the clear condition, so we cannot verify it.' I've cleared Stage 74, and Stage 60 ages ago... 15000 gems is a lot, so it's frustrating that it's not being verified. Has anyone else experienced not getting credit for clearing a stage after contacting support in other games??
