Can't decide which character to pull for...

I want both supports, but I'm scared of getting a duplicate and not being able to pull for both, so I'm hesitating... I also want Frins if possible, and Father... I'm in a really bad spot. Even if I pull for everyone, considering the weapons, I can forge them, so among the three spear users, I'm leaning towards the 'Moon Electro' duo. There are many strong spear characters, but my weapon gacha luck is trash, and I haven't gotten Skyward Spine, so it's pretty mediocre. Should I just aim for the two supports? I've wanted Ineffa for a while, and I want Odette for Cyno, so that seems likely.
