Is this normal...?
I've been diligently saving GOLD without spending money, and thought, 'I have enough, let's try pulling this ☆9 tire gacha!' So I pulled, and the result is in the second image. Is this gacha the type where ☆7 or higher parts are easier to get... or was I just lucky? I've barely ever pulled on part gachas, so if anyone knowledgeable could tell me, please do!

Oh, congrats on getting an ☆8 part! It might be a bit disappointing to get a duplicate ECU, but I'm still envious. I hardly ever do gacha pulls, so my GOLD just keeps piling up, but considering the drop rate for cars, pulling for parts might be a good decision. I've been strengthening my cars moderately and supplementing with parts. However, considering the recent power creep with machines, pulling for machines might also be a viable option.
