Common Occurrence (Maybe?)

I think it's interesting how in this game, even if your initial rank is low, you can eventually promote to the maximum rank, and even combinations of two titles that were originally low-ranked can become quite strong. Take 'Returning Gazer' for example. Its original ranks are E and G, which are the lowest and a low rank respectively, but it's quite strong when used as a magic character. It gets magic attack bonuses, has good HP, and even has a unique skill called 'Frog Song,' making it seem very useful. ...That's 'how it is' 😅 Looking at the list, it seems I did obtain it at some point, but I probably picked it up and used it for other enhancements or sold it when I didn't understand the system, because I don't have it now 🥹 I want to use it, so I've been farming the stage where it drops, but it's supposed to appear as a regular enemy in combinations, yet it just won't drop 😭 On the other hand, I don't really want to spend premium currency to restore it... Is it a common thing in hack-and-slash games in general that when you want something, it doesn't drop even with higher odds...? I'll keep farming diligently orz
