App crashes when I try to pull the gacha

Happy 11th Anniversary! I got excited to pull the gacha, launched the app, and it crashed!! My iPhone-using friend said theirs doesn't crash, so maybe it's because Playo is also running in the background... Why is this happening... I check the results from my gacha history every day... I suspect it's not good to pull the gacha right after launching the app. Is it just my device?
