AuthorGore The realistic part is the dismembered animal's flesh shaped like a heart with eyeballs embedded in it, which is actually pulsing and the eyeballs are moving (like putting Peridot from Berserk into a lump of flesh). It's genuinely creepy. Slightly milder expressions include: brains being churned in a blender, a pig being skewered and roasted whole, and flies being made into sandwich filling and eaten. Horror Parts of the human body like mouths, teeth, tongues, and noses appear, along with insects (flies, spiders). All living creatures are depicted realistically, adding to the sense of reality. It's like a video but with moving collages, so there are sudden close-ups. Disgust Poop💩, the poop is quite realistic, and food is placed on top of the poop.
